This powerful documentary explores how the Sakthi Folk Cultural Centre in Tamil Nadu empowers young Dalit women through the transformative power of Tamil folk music and the parai drum developing self-esteem and economic skills and reclaiming cultural identity, dignity, and voice through performance.
